The way it works is simple: Between Friday and the following Monday, our customers place orders either off of our price list (published every Friday) or by sending us their own buy list. We use a computer program to pool all of the orders together and then we process the cards selling to our customers’ standards (prices, conditions, language, etc.).

On Wednesday evening we send out the final invoices to all of our customers. Upon confirmation of payment, the order is shipped immediately. This process takes slightly more time than a more traditional pulling system, but it also insures that everyone involved gets AS MANY cards as possible.   Shipping is free for large orders.

Question: What do you have in stock?
Answer (short): Nothing

Answer (long version):  It depends on the day of the week.  We acquire cards at conventions, tournaments, and from other vendors mostly during the weekend.  When we send invoices on Wednesday night, we are selling literally everything we have. We don’t hold any cards back.

Q: If I submit an order about how much are you going to sell me?
A (short): Our fill rate is between 40% and 70% depending on the week.

A (long version):  There is an extreme amount of variance between how many of any individual card we have on any given week.  If you submit an order that totals about $1000, we will probably have between $500 and $800 of those cards for you.  If you submit an order that totals $12,000, we will probably have around $3000-4000 for you.

Q: Do you know what weeks you are going to have a lot of cards?
A: Yes, please ask us and we will tell you when we will have a large event in the future.

Q: How can I buy more cards from you?
A: There are a few different ways:
1: Submit your order based off of our price list.
2: Lower your condition standards, and accept card that are slightly played.
3: Ask ahead for a good week to place an order.
4: Don’t put prices on your order. We will automatically match the highest price and sell you the cards first.

Q: Can I submit an order for more than I want to spend?
A: Yes.  Please submit the largest quantities of cards you will take and tell us a price limit.  Some companies submit an order that would total near $5000, but limit of $1000 a week.

Cards available in Bulk: Prices change weekly, and are sent out by email. Please ask to have the bulk prices email added to your account if interested. We can make any more specific mix of cards you are looking for (Edition, color, type etc).  This type of sorting is $0.02 additional per card, plus any additional value is added to the mix, if any. EX: Magic the Gathering, Arabian Nights commons are $0.35 each as of 9/1/06, while Torment are $0.03 each ($0.01 + $0.02).
